Green. ANVIL. is a boutique architect-led builder in St Peters. We do high-end custom homes and renovations across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and Inner West, and hospitality fitouts for independent operators. Small team, real projects, no mucking around.
We’re hiring one carpentry apprentice, 1st or 2nd year, for our residential crew.
What you’ll actually do
Work directly under our Leading Hands on live sites. You’ll see a project from excavation through to handover, not just framing week. You’ll be on the tools every day, and you’ll be in the site meetings, the toolbox talks, the sequencing conversations. If you’re the kind of apprentice who wants to understand why the job runs the way it runs, you’ll get that here.
What we’re looking for
- 1st or 2nd year carpentry apprentice, currently indentured.
- White card, driver’s licence, own transport to sites across Sydney.
- Turns up, on time, every day. Non-negotiable.
- Wants a career in construction, not just a payslip until something else comes along.
The deal
- Award rates plus site allowance, reviewed at 6 months.
- Tools and PPE provided after probation.
- TAFE day release supported.
- Based in St Peters, projects mostly Eastern Suburbs / Inner West.
