SAM O'FLAHERTY – DIRECTOR
Sam O’Flaherty is a well-respected construction professional with over 18 years experience across the residential, commercial, government and industrial sectors. After completing a Carpentry & Joinery Apprenticeship at Hornsby TAFE, he progressed through the University of Technology Sydney, graduating with a Bachelor of Construction (hons). Memberships with the NSW Master Builders Association, The Australian Institute of Project Management and The Green Building Council of Australia provides continuing development.
Sam has a verifiable track record of successfully taking projects from tender to completion as a result of extensive experience working for Sydney’s premier hospitality and high-end residential construction companies. He has delivered multiple award-winning projects through a combination of project estimation, budget creation and maintenance, contract negotiations, contracts administration, trade coordination, occupational health and safety and the preparation and auditing of quality assurance requirements.
James Robinson – Project Manager
James (JR) started with Green Anvil Co. in 2016 progressing through the ranks into a Project Management role. After completing a Certificate III in Shopfitting and Joinery and a Diploma of Construction Management (finishing best in course) both at Nirimba TAFE - JR went on to complete a Bachelor of Construction and Project Management at the University of Technology, Sydney (hons).
All Green Anvil Co. team members, regardless of their role, are skilled in a trade, bringing the essential knowledge of how finishes are achieved to the precision of a Green Anvil Co. project. In JR’s case, his experience in cabinet making and joinery production and drafting is the foundation upon which the detailed finishes Green Anvil Co. are renowned for are built.
