Complex project management in a 1970 era apartment project with Expansive views across Tamarama Beach.
Gamma Gamma House by Alexander &Co involved the renovation and additional storey extension of a penthouse apartment located on the edge of Tamarama Park overlooking Tamarama Beach. The project called for the creation of a four bedroom, three bathroom home, with kitchen, dining and living, rooftop garden and balcony.
In addition to the internal renovation elements, we were tasked with the installation of structural steel members to the level 4 floor and a new mansard roof, keeping in mind the two units underneath living through the build.
